If you are seriously interested in using Moonlight Kitchens please fill out an application. There are a couple of ways you can do this:

• complete the form online (you will need to have a Google account and be logged in to Google),
  or
• print the form (Application to use Moonlight Kitchens), write in your answers, and scan/email it back to us, or snailmail it. The address information is on the form.

Please note that there are associated requirements for insurance, Health Department certification, and other things which are listed on the main renting a kitchen page.
