Learn the ins and outs of creating your own specialty food business. The series will feature panels and professionals experienced in financing, fabrication, labeling, distribution, marketing, equipment, local food networks, sales, and, of course, the Missoula County Health Dept.
Six sessions on Tuesday evenings 6pm–8pm April 18th thru May 23rd.
Course is limited to 12 people
$100/student – pre-registration required by April 16th.
