What to Expect:

Students must be 18 or older.

We are teaching techniques to allow you to create great food, not just how to follow a recipe.  At Moonlight Kitchens you work together with other students for a fun, safe, hands-on experience.

Classes are 2 hours long, unless otherwise noted.

You will work with a partner and share a hot plate and tools but will have your own cutting board.

Hands-on classes will be limited to 8 students.

You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of this class.

Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back (guys, too).

You will enjoy a generous taste of every dish.

Students will receive a discount on equipment and supplies ordered through Moonlight Kitchens.

Please discuss any food allergies with MK before you register.  Adjustments to recipes cannot be made during class.
