At Moonlight Kitchens we have two kitchens and a cold-food prep area that we rent by the hour. For food storage we have a walk-in cooler and two reach-in freezers, plus open shelf dry storage, and wire cage lockers for items that need to be secured.
Our smaller kitchen—Kitchen 1—is colorful, light, and airy, with wood cabinets, but still health-department approved. We wanted it to feel familiar to cooks who aren’t used to commercial kitchens.
